Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 300g penne
  • 100 g ham, raw
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely dice the onion, garlic, and ham. Separate the broccoli into florets. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the broccoli and pour in the cream and milk. Simmer gently, depending on the desired firmness of the broccoli. Meanwhile, add the pasta. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
