Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g wheat flour
- 100 ml water
- 5 tbsp sunflower oil
- 4 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- ½ tsp, levelled white pepper

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and line a baking sheet with baking paper. Combine the flour, oil, flaxseed, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Slowly add the water until a smooth batter forms. Spread the batter on the baking sheet and place it in the middle rack of the oven for about 15 minutes. Then let it cool and break it into pieces.
