Thin flatbreads

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 350 ml beer (also malt beer)
  • olive oil
  • Spice(s), Italian or of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

crispy, spicy flatbreads that can be served as a starter etc.

Combine the flour and beer and knead into a nice dough. Divide the dough into quarters and roll out into very thin flatbreads. Brush with olive oil and seasoning. Then place in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 5-7 minutes. This recipe is very quick to make. It takes 20 minutes from the initial baking idea to the finished flatbread.
