Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g white cabbage or savoy cabbage
- 2 bell peppers, roughly diced
- 250 g celery, roughly diced
- 250 g carrot(s), roughly diced
- 150 g onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 stalk(s) leek, finely chopped
- 2 tsp broth, clear, instant
- Soy sauce and/or other
- Spices)

Magic cabbage soup
Place all washed ingredients in a pot and boil with approximately 2 liters of water for 45 minutes. Season with soy sauce or, to your liking, pepper, salt, and herbs. For breakfast, I recommend whole-grain bread with low-fat quark and herbs. You can eat as much of the soup as you like. Following this recipe, you’ll lose up to 500 grams a day.
