Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g white cabbage or savoy cabbage
  • 2 bell peppers, roughly diced
  • 250 g celery, roughly diced
  • 250 g carrot(s), roughly diced
  • 150 g onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp broth, clear, instant
  • Soy sauce and/or other
  • Spices)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Magic cabbage soup

Place all washed ingredients in a pot and boil with approximately 2 liters of water for 45 minutes. Season with soy sauce or, to your liking, pepper, salt, and herbs. For breakfast, I recommend whole-grain bread with low-fat quark and herbs. You can eat as much of the soup as you like. Following this recipe, you’ll lose up to 500 grams a day.
