Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small head of white cabbage
  • 6 large carrots
  • 1 small head of celery
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • Vegetable broth, granulated
  • 1 small bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Shred the trimmed white cabbage, peel and finely chop the carrots and celery. Trim, wash thoroughly, and finely chop the leek. Place all the vegetables in a large pot and fill with water until the vegetables are covered. Bring to a boil and simmer for about half an hour. Finely chop the parsley, add it to the vegetables, and season the soup with granulated stock. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes, then serve.
