Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 2 kg pork neck, sliced
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tbsp thyme, shredded
- 6 bay leaves, crumbled
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 15 juniper berries, crushed
- 200 ml vegetable oil
- 200 ml olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add the steaks, making sure they’re covered, and add a little more oil if needed. Let them rest in the refrigerator overnight, and the meat will become very tender.
