Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and squeezed
- ½ bunch basil, cut into very fine strips
- Sea salt
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Blend everything together in a blender and let it sit for half a day. It goes perfectly with grilled food and fresh flatbread and baguette.
