Leberkäs with Side Dish

- 2 Discs Meatloaf
- 1 size Big boiled potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- 1 whole Egg
- Fat for frying
- I scratch the Leberkäse into lozenges on both sides and fry it on both sides. I peel the boiled potatoes, cut them into slightly thicker slices, put them in the roasting fat, and sprinkle them with the breadcrumbs when turning them. If it’s a large pan, I can even fry the fried egg in it.
