Quark-Oat Loaves

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g fine oat flakes
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp almonds, sliced
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • ½ small bottle(s) of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • n. B. Sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead by hand until a dough forms. Shape into loaves with wet hands and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20 minutes at 160°C (320°F) fan-assisted oven. This makes 12 loaves. They taste great hot or cold, and are also delicious with applesauce.
