Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 400 g cream
- 1 small can of tomatoes (400 g)
- 2 m.-large onion(s), red
- 100 g peach(s) from the can
- 100 g peanuts, roasted
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- some coriander leaves
- some oil
- some salt
Instructions

fruity chicken dish with garam masala and peanuts
Chop one onion and cut the other into thin wedges. Chop the tomatoes and press the garlic. Finely chop the chicken and coriander, and dice the peaches. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in the oil until translucent. Add the spices (garam masala, paprika, curry, cinnamon, chili) and fry briefly. Then add the tomatoes and their juices and the onion wedges and bring to a boil. Add the chicken, deglaze with cream, and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Finally, add the peanuts and peaches, heat until hot, and fold in the coriander. Season to taste with salt and sugar. Goes well with yellow turmeric basmati. The amount of peaches and peanuts can be adjusted to taste.
