Cucumber salad with tuna in yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized cucumber(s), peeled, diced or sliced
  • 1 can tuna in brine, drained
  • 100 g yogurt (1.5%)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • some chives
  • some parsley
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

light, low in fat and quick to prepare.

Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. Then let it sit for another hour.
