Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in oil, shredded
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, cooled and chopped
  • 1 bell pepper(s), very finely chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, very finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • Chives, in rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and season to taste. Delicious on sandwiches and suitable for any buffet.
