Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g parsnip(s)
- 1 ½ tsp thyme, freshly chopped
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Peel the parsnips and halve them lengthwise. Mix with the spices and oil and place in an ovenproof casserole dish. Drizzle the remaining spiced oil over the parsnips. Bake for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
