easy and fast

Peel the skin from the sausage. First, halve the sausage lengthwise and then slice it. Cut the Emmental cheese into sticks and the gherkins into slices. Trim and rinse the spring onions, then slice them diagonally. In a salad bowl, combine the salad seasoning with rapeseed or sunflower oil and water, then stir in the salad ingredients. Cover and let the salad stand for about 30 minutes. If you have any leftover pasta or potatoes from the day before, you can use them in this salad. Double the salad dressing if necessary.
