Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g zucchini
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • n. B. Thyme
  • e.g. oregano
  • e.g. chili
  • n. B. herbs, Italian
  • e.g. vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with noodles and rice

Wash and finely slice the zucchini. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, herbs, and spices. Then add the zucchini and deglaze with the passata. Now add the stock and top up to the desired amount. Let everything simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
