Macaroni and Mince Casserole

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 350 g macaroni
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 600 ml water
  • e.g. tomato paste
  • 100 ml ketchup
  • 125 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 150 g Gouda, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder
  • Fondor
  • Garlic granules
  • Herbs, Italian
  • Celery salt
  • Onion(s), freeze-dried
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Place the uncooked macaroni in a greased casserole dish. Season the ground beef and brown it in a little fat. Add the canned tomatoes and fill with water. Then add the tomato paste and ketchup. Season to taste. Pour the mixture over the pasta and then spread the crème fraîche and grated Gouda cheese evenly on top. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
