Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g cheese (e.g. Comtè)
  • some thyme, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Peel the potatoes, quarter them, and slice them thinly. Clean the bell pepper, cut them into about 6 pieces, and slice them thinly. Peel the onion, quarter them, and slice them thinly. Coarsely grate the cheese. Place the potatoes, bell pepper, onion, and 100g of cheese in a baking dish and mix well. Season the vegetables with thyme, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour in the cream and sprinkle the remaining cheese over everything. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 50-60 minutes, until the top layer is a beautiful golden brown.
