Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lemon(s)
- 125 ml meat broth or vegetable broth
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the turkey schnitzel with salt and pepper. Bring the butter, lemon juice, and broth to a boil in a pan. Then add the schnitzel. Fry the meat in the juice until the broth has reduced, turning once.
