Asia – Chicken breast fillet from the oven

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s) (full portion)
  • 50 g margarine, semi-skimmed (you can use the light one)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • some Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 20 minutes

WW-suitable, 8 PP with meat

Rinse the chicken breast fillets, pat dry, and cut in half crosswise. Melt half of the margarine, mix with soy sauce, and season with pepper. Brush half of the chicken pieces with the marinade and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Melt the remaining margarine, mix with ketchup, and season with Tabasco to taste. Add the remaining chicken pieces to the marinade. Cover the chicken pieces and let them marinate in a cool place for at least 5 hours (preferably overnight). Place the chicken pieces on a baking tray and roast in a preheated oven (convection oven approx. 175°C) for about 30 minutes. This portion of meat is calculated as a filling portion, and the amount can be increased as desired. Non-WW users can also use chicken thighs and prepare them in the same way as the chicken breast. Sweet chili sauce goes well for dipping (charge extra!). WW-8 PP with meat filling
