Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 Chinese cabbage, cut into small pieces
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, finely chopped
  • 100 g almond(s), coarsely chopped
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 130 g Mie noodles, Chinese (instant noodles!)
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup vinegar, 5% acid
  • ½ cup olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips and the spring onions into rings. Crumble the noodles into small pieces. Toast the almonds, sesame seeds, and noodles in a pan. Note: The noodles do not need to be pre-cooked! Bring the soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar to a boil, then let cool. Once cooled, drizzle with olive oil and toss everything together just before serving. Based on 4 servings, one serving has 613 kcal.
