Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 1 jar soybean sprouts or mung bean sprouts, approx. 330 g
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp Maggi
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Chinese spice
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Wash the leek and slice it into thin rings. Drain the sprouts. Mix the cooled spaghetti with the remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt, pepper, Chinese spice, and a little sugar. Let the salad sit for a few hours, then season again and serve.
