WW-suitable and low in fat
My recipes are WW-compatible, so you can increase the fat and ingredients to your liking! Cut the meat into smaller pieces, sear briefly on all sides with the onion and garlic, and immediately coat with flour! Brown the flour with the meat, add the caraway seeds and the other spices, and simmer while stirring! It’s best when a light brown layer has settled on the bottom of the pot. Deglaze with vegetable stock three times and simmer for another 30-45 minutes, depending on the meat! Taste the meat, season with a little sour cream and spices if desired. No need to thicken it; the flour will do the trick! 3.5 P per serving at WW
