Minute steaks with bean vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g steak(s), thin pork (minute steaks)
  • some mustard
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Clarified butter or oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp, leveled vegetable broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat some clarified butter in a pan. Rub the steaks with mustard and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan, and keep warm. Finely chop the onions and add them to the pan. After about 2 minutes, add the beans. Add a small splash of water (about 5 tablespoons) to the pan. Stir in the granulated stock and let the beans simmer for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the steaks.
