Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large loaf(s)
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- 20 g butter
- 250g Gouda
- 250 g Emmental cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Cut the bread into lattice-like slices, but don’t cut all the way through. Cut the cheese into strips and place them in the spaces. Heat the butter and brush it all over the bread, then scatter the sliced spring onions on top. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 40 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil halfway through baking.
