Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Starter, light dish or finger food
Toast the baguette slices, drizzle with a little olive oil, and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Grate the zucchini and season with salt and pepper. Crush the garlic, then mix in the chili and crème fraîche. Spread the mixture evenly over the baguette slices and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 5-8 minutes, until the Parmesan begins to brown. Serve immediately. Serve with a crisp salad. P.S. Depending on the size of the baguette, very small slices of bread make a better finger food for an aperitif. Larger slices are better for a main course or starter with salad.
