Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 220 g spaghetti
  • Broth powder (clear)
  • 100 g wild garlic
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pepper, dried, without seeds
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • Parmesan, freshly grated

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in plenty of well-seasoned, clear broth until al dente. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil. Finely slice the garlic and sauté gently. Finely chop the chili pepper and sauté briefly (careful: the garlic must not brown). Now add the finely sliced ​​wild garlic and stir briefly – done! Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix everything together in a warmed bowl and serve immediately on warmed plates! Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese.
