Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 220 g spaghetti
- Broth powder (clear)
- 100 g wild garlic
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 pepper, dried, without seeds
- 100 ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
- Parmesan, freshly grated

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in plenty of well-seasoned, clear broth until al dente. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil. Finely slice the garlic and sauté gently. Finely chop the chili pepper and sauté briefly (careful: the garlic must not brown). Now add the finely sliced wild garlic and stir briefly – done! Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix everything together in a warmed bowl and serve immediately on warmed plates! Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese.
