Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 bulbs of garlic
- ½ liter white wine
- 100 ml vinegar essence
- 75 g sugar
- 2 pepperoncini
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 8 carnations
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the garlic. Place all ingredients in a cool, cool place and bring to a boil. (Simmer for about 1/4 hour.) Pour into small jars, seal, and let it steep well.
