Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 200 g yogurt
- 60 ml olive oil
- 500 g walnuts, ground
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Whisk together the eggs, olive oil, baking soda, sea salt, and yogurt, then add the walnuts and mix everything into a smooth dough. Line a loaf pan (at least 25 cm) with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 65 minutes at 175°C (convection oven) (do not preheat). After baking, immediately transfer to a wire rack to cool. This nut bread also tastes delicious warm.
