- 3 eggs
- 100 g double cream cheese
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 150°C (top/bottom heat). Separate the eggs and whisk the egg yolks with the room-temperature cream cheese. Stir in the baking powder. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture. Place 6-8 dollops onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle or spread with herbs, etc., as desired.
