Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 300 g green, seedless grapes
  • 40 g walnuts, chopped
  • 2 bulb(s)
  • n. B. Cheese (soft cheese)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sweet mustard
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 3 tbsp oil, neutral
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

without soft cheese, also ideal for grilling

Chop all ingredients and mix. Combine the dressing ingredients, pour it over the salad, and toss to combine.
