Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of arugula
  • 1 burrata
  • 80 g pomegranate seeds
  • 125 g raspberries
  • some balsamic vinegar (raspberry)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the arugula and raspberries and let them drain slightly. Deseed the pomegranate and set aside the seeds. Place the arugula on a plate. Drain the burrata and place it in the center of the arugula. Add the pomegranate seeds and raspberries and drizzle with raspberry balsamic vinegar.
