Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 5 packs of ready-made salad mix (salad topping with paprika and herbs)
  • 15 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Modern pasta salad with vegetables and cheese

Break the spaghetti into three pieces, cook, drain, and let cool. Dice the Gouda, feta cheese, and bell peppers. Prepare 4-6 packages of Salad Dressing (depending on your taste) as directed on the package. Then add everything to a large bowl along with the corn and mix well. I think the salad tastes even better the next day. Try it!
