Tomato paste – herb fish in aluminum foil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 fish fillets of your choice
  • 2 tubes of tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp mustard
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mixture), frozen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A delicious fish that even children love. And very quick to prepare.

Mix the tomato paste with the mustard, herbs, and a little lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Place each fish on a piece of aluminum foil. Divide the tomato mixture between the pieces. Fold the foil into small, sealed parcels and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes. Serve with rice and iceberg lettuce.
