Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ can tuna, in its own juice
- 100 g asparagus, from the jar
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- 120 g tomatoes
- e.g. chili pepper(s), crushed
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- n. B. Spice mix (Aglio e olio)
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
A protein-rich meal
Place all ingredients except the eggs in a frying pan and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then add the beaten eggs and let them set. After the desired cooking time, place a plate on the pan and quickly turn over.
