Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 5 basil leaves
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- some oil for frying (e.g. olive oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for pasta
Dice the tomatoes and onions, mince the garlic, and add everything to the hot oil. Fry briefly and deglaze with the balsamic vinegar. Simmer for a few minutes. Finely chop the basil and add it to the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
