Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- ½ bunch parsley
- 100 g cooked ham
- 100 g cheese (cold cuts)
- 8 eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the bell peppers into very thin strips. Finely chop the garlic and onion. Cut the ham and cheese into small cubes. Crack the eggs and whisk them with the milk. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and stir in the ham. Heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the bell peppers and fry gently, stirring constantly. Briefly crack the egg mixture, pour it over the dish, and let it set over low heat. Stir gently and stir in the cheese and parsley. When the cheese begins to melt, serve immediately.
