Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 40 g cheese, grated
- 50 g cooked ham or gourmet ham cubes
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely dice the tomato and ham. Thinly slice the onion. Combine all ingredients with the eggs. Add the grated cheese and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan. Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan and fry until well browned. Then fold the omelet and cook over low heat until well browned on both sides. Serve with a mixed salad or spinach.
