Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 small onion(s), peeled and finely diced
  • some oil for frying
  • 1 small can of peas and carrots
  • 300 ml meat broth
  • 200 ml cream
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • e.g. chives
  • e.g. parsley
  • possibly sauce thickener if required

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Season the mixed mince with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then form small meatballs and fry them in a pan with a little oil until browned all over. Add the diced onion and fry. Add the peas and carrots and deglaze with 300 ml of meat broth. Now add the cream and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. Thicken slightly with a sauce thickener, if desired, and season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and the herbs.
