Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g mascarpone
- 250 g cream cheese
- 2 cups of cream
- 200 g biscuits (amerettini)
- 150 g dark chocolate flakes
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 75 g sugar
- 300 g raspberries, frozen

Mix the mascarpone with the sugar and the cream cheese thoroughly, preferably with a mixer. Place the amaretti biscuits in a freezer bag and pound them into crumbs with a meat tenderizer. Fold these amaretti biscuits and the grated chocolate into the mascarpone and cream cheese mixture. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form and fold into the mixture. Finally, either fold in the frozen raspberries or layer them in dessert glasses: Cream and raspberry cream… Decorate with amaretti biscuits and grated chocolate. Variation: You can also use any other biscuits, such as butter biscuits or egg cookies. It’s also delicious with a mixed berry mixture instead of the raspberries!
