The ingredients are sufficient as a main course for a simple meal without side dishes. Use only 1/4 as an appetizer or snack, and only half the ingredients as the main course of a multi-course meal. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Open the can of corn and let it drain. Wash the bell peppers, cut them into small cubes, and slice the cleaned mushrooms. Melt the herb butter in a pan and fry the onions and garlic. Add the corn and shortly after the mushrooms, and fry them as well. Season to taste. Divide the puff pastry into eight pieces and place them on a baking sheet. Arrange the prepared mushrooms on top, add the diced bell peppers, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
