Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 pack of frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 8 ladyfingers

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

My favorite Easter dessert!

Combine milk and curd cheese. Stir in thawed raspberries, vanilla sugar, and sugar. Fold in stiffly whipped cream. Pour the well-chilled cream into small glasses (I use IKEA tealight holders) and place two ladyfingers diagonally inside each to form bunny ears.
