vegetable salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 small cans of corn
  • 2 small cans of peas and carrots
  • 2 small jars of asparagus (without heads)
  • 2 small jar mushrooms, sliced
  • some peas – water
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise (salad cream)
  • Herbs
  • 2 tbsp yogurt salad dressing (optional)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Colorfully mixed

Simply toss the various vegetables into a salad bowl, draining well first, of course! Reserve some of the pea water for the sauce! Make the sauce by mixing everything together and whisking. The sauce should definitely be a bit thick, so you can thicken it with mayo! I sometimes stir in the yogurt sauce if I want it to taste super-fresh. Then it’s all ready! It’s a great salad for a barbecue or birthday.
