Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 can of corn
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 pkt. herbs, frozen, 8 herb mixture
  • 1 tsp oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the bell peppers and cheese into small cubes and mix together. Reserve the liquid from the can of corn and mix it with 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil and 1 packet of frozen herbs. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. The amounts can be adjusted to taste.
