Pepper salad with sheep's cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) white pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

First, halve the peppers, remove the ribs and seeds, wash, and cut into thin strips. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and add. Mix the finely diced onions, finely chopped garlic clove, mustard, salt, pepper, and sugar with the balsamic vinegar. Then stir in the olive oil and pour everything over the salad. Mix thoroughly and let stand for a while. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley before serving.
