  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar, brown
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 m.-sized banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

low-carb

Preheat the oven. Use stevia only if necessary, if the cake isn’t sweet enough. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler, remove from the heat, and let it cool. Mash the bananas with a fork. Beat the eggs with stevia, banana, salt, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then very slowly stir in the melted dark chocolate and oil. Finally, mix the cocoa powder, baking powder, and cornstarch and fold into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased tart pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely, as it will still be relatively liquid in the center.
