high protein, low carb & low fat, ideal for a diet and very tasty

First, separate the eggs and place the yolks and egg whites in separate bowls. Then, mix the cream cheese with the egg yolks, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them in until fluffy. Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread it evenly. Then, bake everything in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (circulating air) for about 15-20 minutes. If the mixture is still too runny (carefully test with a fork), leave it in the oven for a few more minutes. In the meantime, prepare the quark mixture. Mix the quark with a little water until smooth and add the protein powder. You can also add cinnamon or something else, if you like. Once the dough is baked, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it cool completely. Once it’s cold, carefully lift it off the baking paper and spread the quark mixture on one side, fold the dough over, and cut into pieces of any size.
