Baked potato from the microwave

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large potato(s)
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Clean the potatoes under running water with a hand brush and pierce them several times on all sides with a fork. Place a piece of kitchen paper in the microwave and place the potato on it. Cook at 800W for 4 minutes per 100g (8 minutes for 200g). Turn over halfway through cooking (tongs are helpful). Test for doneness; a fork should easily pierce the potato. In the meantime, take as many pieces of aluminum foil as there are potatoes, brush them with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then wrap the potatoes and place them in the microwave (turned off) for a few more minutes.
