Spread the love

  • 60 g flour
  • 6 eggs, beaten

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

from which the chocolate flows out wonderfully fluidly

Melt the chocolate, butter, and sugar in a double boiler. Add the flour and mix well. Finally, add the 6 beaten eggs. Then fill into serving molds (preferably small aluminum molds). I freeze the molds with the batter and easily remove them from the freezer when needed. They then need to bake in the oven at 200°C for about 15-16 minutes. When an “eye” appears in the center of the mold, they’re perfect! Be careful when turning them out onto a plate. The outer shell of the cake is firm, and the inside is wonderfully soft and melt-in-the-mouth.
