Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 ml water
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes (noble)
- 2 tbsp margarine, vegan
- 3 tsp wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp, leveled mustard

Melt the margarine in a small saucepan and whisk in the flour. Add the water, stir in the nutritional yeast, salt, and mustard, and bring to a boil while stirring. You can use this delicious melt to top just about anything: pizza, lasagna, gratins, vegetables—your imagination is the limit.
